By purchasing my services (Rigging), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

No personal information will be shared with a third party, unless for legal purposes.

Project files will only be shared among the artist , rigger and/or client, and won't be shared or distributed to another party without approval.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

All commissioned work must be ordered by persons who are 18+ and can legally agree to these terms.

My services include rigging only, no art. Please provide a fully cut model drawing for rigging. If adjustments to the art are needed for rigging, please have your artist available for communication.

I have the right to refuse commissions if it does not meet the following terms or I am not capable enough to execute your vision.

I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.

The rigging I provide is for VTube Studio only at this time

Client is fully responsible for ensuring they have the PC capabilities to stream and run tracking software for their model.

Clients will receive files necessary to properly use the model in VTS in a .zip file. My Live2d source files will not included

I will help clients set up their model in VTS and provide troubleshooting help

By commissioning me you are agreeing that you are paying for the service of rigging the model with the understanding you have rights to use the character, either as your own OC or you have permission from the original creator.

Client understands that all of our sales are considered “Digital Goods”. There is no physical item associated with this transaction. The final work will be sent via email or Discord

Please allow up to 50 working days for me to complete the commission ONLY once I have started. You can check your place in the queue on the waitlist. If your commission is complex I may need additional time for completion which will be discussed with the client.

I will be upfront and communicate if there are any delays or issues.

If you have a deadline, please let me know and discuss it before the initial assessment. Deadlines cannot be hastened after the commission work has started.

A rush fee will be applied if your deadline is too short. Depending on the timeframe this fee can go from 20% up to 50% increase on the value. Any extras you ask during the rigging process will be also increased with the same percentage.

A quote or applying for a commission does not guarantee a slot.

A limited amount of slots will be available during application time to ensure I can provide the best care and quality in rigging. I work in batches, so if you do not get in on the current batch, you are more than welcome to reapply for the next one.

I do not currently have a working wait list, but will update my information if I do implement one in the future.

Commissions are taken through Google Forms to make the process easier. An announcement will go out on my twitter when the applications open.

If you are selected; you will be contacted via email a few days after the forms close. All details are to be fully discussed in this stage. I will not be accepting any additional features after I’ve accepted the commission besides what I normally offer and what has been discussed. Once both parties have agreed to the details of the rigging, a notice of when the commission can begin and a price quote will be provided. You will only be invoiced for payment once I can begin the commission.

Payment is due within 5 days of invoice being sent. After 5 days, you are subject to cancellation or being pushed back in the queue.

If you are NOT selected; I can not guarantee you will be contacted in this case depending on the amount of applicants. Please look out for the closing notices on my twitter!

I will only accept payment in USD via Paypal invoices.

Payments may be made in full or in 50% installments. 50% will be paid before I start work and 50% will be paid before I send the finished product. No files will be exchanged until after the payment is completed in full!

I do not accept e-transfers, cryptocurrency, money orders, money grams, checks, credits, etc.

An extensive amount of revisions or revisions that result in redoing work already done may result in an additional charge. 3 minor revisions are allowed at any point in the process until the model is finished. (minor meaning less than 15% of the model)

I ask that change notes be kept to a minimum while a commission is being streamed. It is most preferred if you keep them in batches and send them to me via our main line of communication on the project (be it Twitter, Discord, or email) as to keep everything documented and organized.

Up to 2 main revisions after delivery of files (additional revisions will be re-quoted). Cutoff is 2 weeks after delivery

Future upgrades are available for models I have previously rigged, but pricing is on a case by case basis. Please contact me to discuss options.

Returning clients will be put on a separate priority queue.

Please credit me (Karvoo) on your social media bio (Twitter, Instagram) you use with this model, about page (on Twitch) and YT description if you plan to use it there.

Do not claim my work as your own.

The client can stream, use, and post the model publicly.

I reserve the right to use the artwork for portfolio or promotional means.

Progress may be streamed and posted by me on social media sites. ( nda work is negotiable )

The Live2d source file is not included in the purchase. This is non negotiable.

Do not re-distribute finished pieces for commercial use unless previously agreed upon between rigger & client.

Clients are not to use my models for non fungible tokens or cryptocurrencies. Use of my work for any profits or association with NFT’s or cryptocurrencies are strictly prohibited and will result in blacklisting.

Commissions are subject to cancellation if the client has not responded within 3 days, unless they have specified they will be unavailable during that time period.

If an order is canceled before starting, a re-schedule may be possible but not guaranteed.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse. Depending on the progress made/time spent you may be issued a full, partial, or no refund.

If you, the client, cancel the commission, you will be offered a refund of the remaining work.

I can only refund 100% of the payment if I have not started working on the Rig.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

No refunds/chargebacks are allowed from the client’s side. Any deposits/payments that you’re not willing to follow through with will be considered time spent fees. If you’re not happy with that, please find another artist to commission.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/discuss a dissatisfaction or a refund will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.
